Product Overview

Operating Principle
  • Negative loads: Generates backpressure slightly higher than the load pressure to maintain stability.
  • Positive loads (acting against hydraulic pressure direction): Fully opens to allow free return oil flow.

Working principle and technical features

The valve’s operation is determined by load direction and control port (B) status, as detailed below:
  1. Load raising (cylinder action opposes load): Fluid flows from A to C1, check valve opens for free flow.
  2. Load lowering (cylinder action aligns with load): Fluid flows from C1 to A, with port B as the control port.
    • No fluid supplied to port B: Load is locked.
    • Fluid supplied to port B: Balance valve core moves, enabling fluid flow from C1 to A.
