Product Overview
Designed for fixed load directions, this valve controls actuator return oil flow to stabilize load movement.
Key Functions
- Prevents uncontrolled load acceleration (both pulling and pushing) in the direction of motion.
- Limits actuator speed to not exceed the set value.
- Negative loads: Generates backpressure slightly higher than the load pressure to maintain stability.
- Positive loads (acting against hydraulic pressure direction): Fully opens to allow free return oil flow.

Working principle and technical features
The valve’s operation is determined by load direction and control port (B) status, as detailed below:
- Load raising (cylinder action opposes load): Fluid flows from A to C1, check valve opens for free flow.
- Load lowering (cylinder action aligns with load): Fluid flows from C1 to A, with port B as the control port.
- No fluid supplied to port B: Load is locked.
- Fluid supplied to port B: Balance valve core moves, enabling fluid flow from C1 to A.
- Low leakage: Poppet valve structure + line seal design ensures minimal fluid leakage.
- Stable pilot pressure: Damping bridge in the pilot oil circuit prevents pressure shocks.
- Load adaptability: Control port pressure adjusts automatically to handle load fluctuations
