Product Overview
Designed for fixed load directions, it stabilizes load movement and controls actuator speed by throttling return oil flow from the actuator.
- Prevents uncontrolled acceleration of pulling/pushing loads in the direction of motion.
- Limits actuator speed to not exceed the set value.
Operating Principle
- Negative loads: Generates backpressure slightly higher than load pressure for stability.
- Positive loads (acting against hydraulic pressure direction): Fully opens to allow free return oil flow.

Working principle and technical features
Valve operation depends on load direction and the status of the control V port, as follows:
- Load raising (cylinder action opposes load): Fluid flows from V to C, check valve opens for free oil flow.
- Load lowering (cylinder action matches load direction): Fluid flows from C to V, with the other V port as the control port.
- No control fluid to the other V port: Load is locked.
- Control fluid supplied to the other V port: Balance valve core moves, enabling fluid flow from C to V.
- Low leakage: Poppet valve structure combined with wire seal minimizes oil leakage.
- Precise flow control: Optimized valve core design ensures accurate regulation of oil flow.
