This is  two‑stage double nozzle‑flapper mechanical‑feedback servo valve with hazardous‑area certifications for explosive atmospheres. Electro‑hydraulic conversion is realized via torque‑motor nozzle‑flapper pilot stage with mechanical closed‑loop feedback. Output flow is proportional to input control signal for precise cylinder position, velocity and force control, featuring fast dynamic response, high resolution and low hysteresis.
