The DBET series is a direct-acting proportional relief valve with a 6-size port design. It delivers a maximum pressure of 420 bar and maximum flow of 2 L/min. An integrated amplifier is available as an option. System pressure is steplessly controlled via a proportional solenoid, accepting either 0–10 V or 4–20 mA control signals. It is applied for pressure control in hydraulic systems.

Applications

  • Injection & Die-Casting Machines (Most Classic Application)

    Multi-stage pressure control: low-pressure mold pre-clamping → high-pressure mold clamping, injection pressure, packing pressure and pressure relief staged regulation. Fast response of direct-acting design enables accurate tracking of process pressure curves. Note: this valve generally controls pilot pressure / low-flow control circuits instead of main high-flow relief.

  • Bending Machines, Small Hydraulic Presses, Riveting Machines & Precision Press-Fit Equipment

    Closed-loop press-fit force control, staged bending pressure, soft pressing / pressure-holding processes. Suitable for high-pressure low-flow control circuits and force feedback systems. 350/420 bar versions support high-pressure press-fit and mold protection.

  • Hydraulic Test Benches, Fatigue Testing Machines & Burst Test Stands

    High-precision stepped / ramp pressure output and pressure shock testing. High demands on repeatability and step response. The DBETE with integrated electronics is ideal for standalone test benches and reduces cabinet-mounted amplifiers.

  • Load-Sensing Systems & Variable Pump Pilot Pressure Control

    Remote proportional pressure regulation, constant power pressure limitation, pilot pressure command for load-sensing valve assemblies. Only pilot flow passes through the valve, perfectly matching the 2 L/min flow limit.

  • Machine Tool Clamping, Fixture Hydraulics & Compact Servo Hydraulic Power Units

    Stepless adjustable clamping pressure with overpressure protection. Compact manifold mounting (ISO4401-03) makes it well suited for compact power units.
